Salam and hello! Welcome to The Batter Bytes Blog by @mami.rab! I’m Rabia, the baker behind @mami.rab, and I’m thrilled to finally launch this blog. If you love baking, experimenting with flavors, and learning how to run a business from home, you’re in the right place!
Baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. What started as a hobby has grown into something much more—a way to express myself, make others happy, and build a thriving home-based business. With this blog, I hope to take you along on my journey and share all the knowledge, tips, and lessons I’ve picked up along the way.
How @mami.rab Came to Life
I started baking when I was in polytechnic, pursuing my Diploma in Food Science, where baking quickly became my favorite subject. Learning how science affects baking really intrigued me, and I found myself experimenting more and more in the kitchen.
What surprised me the most was the pure joy I felt when I saw how a simple bake could brighten someone’s day. Whether it’s a perfectly chewy cookie or a fluffy cake, I love creating moments of happiness through my bakes. That’s what drove me to start @mami.rab—a way to combine my passion for baking and business.
What Inspired Me to Start The Batter Bytes Blog?
I created this blog to connect with other bakers and entrepreneurs who share a passion for home baking and business. Through Batter Bytes, I’ll be sharing recipes, tips, and business strategies to help you on your own journey—whether you’re a hobbyist baker or someone looking to turn your passion into a business.
A big part of what makes my journey unique is the way I incorporate smart appliances like the Thermomix TM6 and Kenwood Cooking Chef XL to streamline my kitchen. Plus, I’ll share how I use AI tools to save time, manage inventory, and plan profits efficiently—giving you a glimpse into the future of baking!
